Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Uygulama hem Google Play hem de Apple App Store üzerinden sunulur ve bu Koşullar her iki platform için de geçerlidir.
Bu Koşullara uymanız kaydıyla, size Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amaçlı kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez, alt lisansı verilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Uygulamanın kendisi üzerinde hiçbir mülkiyet hakkı size devredilmez; yalnızca kullanım hakkı tanınır.
Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin yasalarında öngörülen asgari yaşın altındaysanız, Uygulamayı yalnızca ebeveyn veya yasal vasinizin izniyle ve gözetiminde kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları karşıladığınızı beyan etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulama, "coin" adı verilen oyun içi sanal para birimi ile güçlendiriciler gibi sanal öğeler içerir. Bu öğelerle ilgili olarak:
Uygulama, isteğe bağlı olarak coin paketleri şeklinde oyun içi satın almalar (IAP) sunar. Tüm ödemeler doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir; ödeme veya kart bilgilerinizi görmez, toplamaz veya saklamayız.
İadeler, satın alma işlemini gerçekleştirdiğiniz mağazanın (Apple veya Google) iade politikalarına tabidir ve doğrudan o platform üzerinden talep edilir. Tüketilebilir sanal öğeler (coin'ler), hesabınıza eklendikten sonra kural olarak iade edilemez. Zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
Uygulama, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam içerebilir; bazı özellikler (ör. ekstra coin veya devam hakkı) isteğe bağlı olarak ödüllü reklam izlemeyi gerektirebilir. Reklam içerikleri üçüncü taraflarca sağlanır ve bu içeriklerden Geliştirici sorumlu değildir. Reklam kişiselleştirme ve rıza konuları Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır.
Uygulama isteğe bağlı bir liderlik tablosu sunar ve dilerseniz görünen bir ad belirleyebilirsiniz. Belirlediğiniz görünen ad:

Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Uygulama ve içindeki tüm içerik — grafikler, ses, müzik, kod, tasarım, marka ve logolar dahil — Geliştiriciye aittir veya lisanslanmıştır ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. Yazılı izin olmaksızın bu içeriği kopyalayamaz, çoğaltamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz veya ticari olarak kullanamazsınız.
Uygulama, kendi koşul ve politikalarına tabi üçüncü taraf hizmetler (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center vb.) kullanır. Bu hizmetlerin veya Uygulama içindeki dış bağlantıların içeriğinden Geliştirici sorumlu değildir.
Kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır. Uygulamayı kullanarak Gizlilik Politikasını da kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut hâliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya güvenli olacağına ya da belirli bir amaca uygunluğuna dair açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Geliştirici; Uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan (veri kaybı, coin/ilerleme kaybı veya kâr kaybı dahil) sorumlu tutulamaz. Zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz veya Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmanız nedeniyle Geliştiricinin uğrayabileceği makul zarar, kayıp ve masraflardan sorumlu olmayı kabul edersiniz.
Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz hâlinde, Uygulamaya erişiminizi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman silerek kullanımınıza son verebilirsiniz.
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanır. Bu Koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye'deki yetkili mahkemeler ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Bulunduğunuz ülkedeki zorunlu tüketici koruma hakları saklıdır.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi buna göre değişir. Belgeler güncellendiğinde, oyuna devam edebilmeniz için Uygulama içinde güncel Koşulları yeniden kabul etmeniz istenebilir. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hükmü geçersiz sayılırsa, kalan hükümler yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder. Bir hakkın kullanılmaması o haktan feragat anlamına gelmez. Bu Koşullar, Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte, siz ve Geliştirici arasındaki tam anlaşmayı oluşturur.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between Puzzle Blast: Block Master (the "App", the "Game") and you (the "User"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is distributed on both Google Play and the Apple App Store, and these Terms apply to both platforms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership rights in the App are transferred to you; only a right to use is granted.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the minimum age required by the laws of your country, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The App includes an in-game virtual currency called "coins" and virtual items such as boosters. With respect to these items:
The App offers optional in-app purchases (IAP) in the form of coin packs. All payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not see, collect, or store your payment or card information.
Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the store (Apple or Google) where you made the purchase and are requested directly through that platform. Consumable virtual items (coins) are generally non-refundable once added to your account. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The App may contain ads served through Google AdMob, and certain features (e.g., extra coins or a continue) may optionally require watching a rewarded ad. Ad content is provided by third parties, and the Developer is not responsible for such content. Ad personalization and consent are described in our Privacy Policy.
The App offers an optional leaderboard, and you may set a display name if you wish. Your chosen display name:
You may request deletion of your display name from the server by emailing 1omerfarukgurun@gmail.com.
When using the App, you agree not to:
The App and all content within it — including graphics, audio, music, code, design, trademarks, and logos — are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.
The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, etc.) governed by their own terms and policies. The Developer is not responsible for the content of these services or of any external links within the App.
How your personal data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it is fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of coins/progress, or loss of profits) arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You agree to be responsible for reasonable damages, losses, and costs the Developer may incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the App.
If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice. You may end your use at any time by deleting the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. When the documents are updated, you may be asked to re-accept the current Terms within the App in order to continue playing. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer.
